Harbor Line Builder

Harbor Line Builder scratches the planning itch without the pressure of a hardcore economy sim. You lay out docks, connect shipping routes and watch a tiny port grow busier over time. It's satisfying in a chart-and-numbers way.

The early game teaches you gently, and by the mid-game you're juggling supply demands and route timing. It never gets brutal, but there's enough to optimize that I kept tweaking my layout long after I 'won'.

The pace does slow in the late game, and I wished for a bit more variety in ship types. Even so, it's a solid comfort sim for phones, especially in short bursts between other things.
